| Robert A. Gelinas, Esquire received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1971 and his J.D. degree from Temple University Law School in 1975. He has been a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1975 and of the State of New Jersey since 1976.
After completing law school, Mr. Gelinas was a litigator with a Philadelphia insurance company trying jury cases in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
In 1982, Mr. Gelinas founded his own law firm and he currently maintains an active trial practice in Southeastern Pennsylvania, particularly in Philadelphia County.
Mr. Gelinas has successfully tried cases to verdict in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties as well as Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties in New Jersey.
He limits his practice to representing plaintiffs and has obtained seven figure verdicts in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, construction site injuries, workplace injuries and injuries caused by defective products.

| Daniel I. Gelinas, Esquire received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1993 and his J.D. degree from Widener University Law School in 1998. He has been a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1998.
Mr. Gelinas worked for the firm while attending law school doing litigation support and joined the practice upon graduation. He has successfully handled all aspects of major litigation, including numerous personal injury arbitrations and jury trials involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.
He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association) and State and local Trial Lawyers Associations.
