Daniel I. Gelinas, Esquire received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1993 and his J.D. degree from Widener University Law School in 1998. He has been a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1998.

Mr. Gelinas worked for the firm while attending law school doing litigation support and joined the practice upon graduation. He has successfully handled all aspects of major litigation, including numerous personal injury arbitrations and jury trials involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.

He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association) and State and local Trial Lawyers Associations.
