Robert A. Gelinas, Esquire received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1971 and his J.D. degree from Temple University Law School in 1975. He has been a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1975 and of the State of New Jersey since 1976.

After completing law school, Mr. Gelinas was a litigator with a Philadelphia insurance company trying jury cases in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

In 1982, Mr. Gelinas founded his own law firm and he currently maintains an active trial practice in Southeastern Pennsylvania, particularly in Philadelphia County.

Mr. Gelinas has successfully tried cases to verdict in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties as well as Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties in New Jersey.

He limits his practice to representing plaintiffs and he has obtained seven figure verdicts in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, construction site injuries, workplace injuries and injuries caused by defective products.
